These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Global Resume Builder website. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The site provides a free, browser-based resume and CV builder, including country-specific formats and an optional AI writing assistant. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
- upload content that infringes the rights of others or contains malware;
- submit content that is defamatory, hateful or otherwise unlawful.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and for the accuracy of the documents you generate.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the resume content you create. We do not claim ownership of it. Because the builder stores data in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design, code, text, templates and branding are owned by Bright Coding or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except for the personal documents you generate.
5. Advertising and third parties
The service is supported by advertising (Google AdSense) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third parties.
6. No warranty
We provide the service without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a generated CV will result in an interview, a job offer or any particular outcome. You should always review your document before sending it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
